All that can be proved by the science, we term as physics and the experiences which science has not been able to validate could be termed as metaphysics. There is a transient demarcation between the two. It is transient because as science advances in its research, many of the hardcore metaphysical concepts are now becoming a physical concept. E.g. Auras/chakras are now proved to be present because of the invention of aura photography.

Angel Guides

We are supposed to be constantly in touch with our angel guides. In a meditative space you may be able to contact them or feel their presence.

Masters

There are ascended masters and some entities who have never been on the earth as human and are freely supporting some of the mass movement like the upcoming possibilities of ascension in 2012. In the constantly space you can contact them clairaudiently, or clairvoyantly.

When you invoke them, they make their presence felt with a peculiar body signature (localized heat/cold sensation or vibration/tingling in certain body parts) Make a note of these body signature and it would become easier for you to get in touch with them.

Ascension

There is a possibility of a massive vibratory shift in the physical and spiritual environment of planet earth. Massive changes are expected in the near future and a lot of preparations are being made at the subtle level.
