What is our Returns Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip for a refund. You may also return items for exchange. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND ON AUDIO/VIDEO CDs AND BOOKS PURCHASED FROM US.
Items that are returned must be in their original saleable condition in order to receive credit which will be in the form of the original payment. Refunds and/or credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. As stated above, our products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a gift and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so within 30 days of the shipping date. Gift orders that are returned will be credited to the purchaser in the form of the original payment method.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged during shipping due to product defects, we will replace the damaged product at no cost to you.
If you receive your order and it is incorrect or missing merchandise, then we will send out the correct or missing product and in some situations, ask that you return to us the product that you did not order. In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you, and if applicable, will discuss with you the return of the item(s) you have in hand.
